Responsible and proactive, you always strive to improve your skills and make the work process more efficient. You do your best to achieve the necessary results and are happy to party afterward.

Must-haves Essentials

Must-haves Essentials

  • 2+ years of experience working at a product company or design agency
  • Inspiring portfolios that demonstrate creativity and are easy to navigate
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think through complex interaction design
  • Expressing ideas through prototyping
  • Creative thinking and analytical mindset
  • Ability and passion to learn
  • Experience in product design lifecycle, from an idea to live operations
  • Proficiency in Figma, Principle, After Effects, Photoshop etc.
  • Expertise at working in C4D, Blender, Framer is a great bonus
  • Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends, experience in marketing is a plus
  • Good understanding of web development and how a modern website works
  • Intermediate English skills

What you’ll Be doing

  • Working on projects and products that vary from small and experimental to large and complex
  • Telling a product’s story through a website or application
  • Creating user-friendly, functional and aesthetic interfaces
  • Staying in the loop of design trends, understanding when and how to use them (and when not)
  • Identifying the problem, sorting out priorities and resolving tasks in fast-changing conditions
  • Being bold to suggest several solutions, choose the best and being able to defend your choice
