Must-haves Essentials
Must-haves Essentials
- 2+ years of experience working at a product company or design agency
- Inspiring portfolios that demonstrate creativity and are easy to navigate
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think through complex interaction design
- Expressing ideas through prototyping
- Creative thinking and analytical mindset
- Ability and passion to learn
- Experience in product design lifecycle, from an idea to live operations
- Proficiency in Figma, Principle, After Effects, Photoshop etc.
- Expertise at working in C4D, Blender, Framer is a great bonus
- Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends, experience in marketing is a plus
- Good understanding of web development and how a modern website works
- Intermediate English skills

- Working on projects and products that vary from small and experimental to large and complex
- Telling a product’s story through a website or application
- Creating user-friendly, functional and aesthetic interfaces
- Staying in the loop of design trends, understanding when and how to use them (and when not)
- Identifying the problem, sorting out priorities and resolving tasks in fast-changing conditions
- Being bold to suggest several solutions, choose the best and being able to defend your choice
